30 Minute Deep Pressure Massage

Deep Pressure Massage targets chronic tension in muscles of your neck, back, and shoulders. Heavy, direct pressure or friction movements that go across the muscle grain to break up congestion. This massage is designed to work sore muscles, improve blood flow release tense muscles.
